About Cathy Howe
I wanted more - and I got it!
From the outside, I looked successful: masters degree, published academic papers, NHS senior manager and improvement consultant.
Inside I was running on anxiety, and endlessly battling my emotions. Despite continuing to climb the professional ladder, I was constantly waiting to be 'found out' for the mess I really was.
Then I discovered I had ADHD (on top of being autistic). That was when realised I deserved more than the life I was trying to live.
That meant I needed to:
-
Understand my brain and learn what having ADHD really meant for me,
-
Master ADHD-friendly strategies and tactics to be more comfortable and successful in the life I was living, and,
-
Create a life that suits the real ADHD me, not the me I thought I had to pretend to be.
Now, I'm an author, workshop host, and advanced certified ADHD Coach, working with late-diagnosed professional and creative women to enable them to do the same.
Because the secret to having more is in being more true to ourselves.
